Packaging & Protection

  • Original Paintings: Wrapped in acid-free paper, corner-protected, and shipped in a sturdy box with ample cushioning
  • Insurance: All original artwork is fully insured during shipping
  • Tracking: You'll receive tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Timeline

  • Processing: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days
  • Delivery: Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days via insured carrier
  • International: Contact us for international shipping quotes and timelines

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork. Original paintings require special handling and insurance, which is reflected in the shipping rate.

Returns & Exchanges

Original Artwork

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your original painting, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in its original condition.

  • Artwork must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging must be used for return shipment
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance
  • Refund will be issued once the artwork is received and inspected

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. Please review the preview images and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or tracking information
  • All shipments are insured, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly
  • We will either replace the artwork or issue a full refund

Certificate of Authenticity

Every original painting includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity documenting the artwork's title, dimensions, medium, and creation date.
