General Terms
By purchasing from William Palm Fine Art, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Product Descriptions
All original paintings are photographed to accurately represent the artwork. Due to variations in screen displays, slight differences in color may occur between the digital image and the physical painting.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in USD
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the price at time of purchase
Ownership & Copyright
- Purchase of an original painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork only
- I, William Palm, retain all reproduction rights and copyright to the artwork
- Buyers may not reproduce, photograph for commercial use, or create derivative works from purchased paintings without written permission
Commissions
- Commission details, timeline, and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins
- A deposit may be required to begin commission work
- Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun
Limitation of Liability
William Palm Fine Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of artwork.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States.
